Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment is handled by Paypal Secure Online Payments and you can pay with any credit or debit card. Payment is taken immediately by Paypal who keep your card details safe and secure. This is almost 100% secure and is by far the best way to pay for any goods ordered online.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling
Please allow upto 48 hours to process your order and upto 72 hours at Bank Holidays and other National Holidays. But in most cases orders are processed immediately.
All carriage charges are calculated automatically by our store and these are reflected after you add products to the basket. When you select country, your shipping price should be calculated and shown in the cart.
All shipping prices calculated on the website are an approximate average weight based on physical weight and not size or value. We will contact you by email advising you of any changes to shipping prices.
In some cases, extra insurance may be required to depending on order value and destination country.

Delivery Schedule

Returns Policy
Returns & Shortages
Please notify us first before returning any item, and obtain a returns number.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your parts your have ordered. If for whatever reason you need to return a part to us, please read the following:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged/or other discrepencies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following
conditions:
Items are returned carriage paid
Items received are in a re-saleable condition
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging when the original has been damaged or defaced.)
Items returned after 7 days from receipt will be subject to a restocking fee. (This does not affect you statutory rights)
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number and reason for return. Remember, the information you provide will help us to help you.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost, please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim with our couriers.
